Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Lemon slices, for garnish
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
