Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup beef or chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Cooked white rice, for serving
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Sliced green onions (for garnish)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, cornstarch, minced garlic, grated ginger, and beef or chicken broth. Mix well to make the sauce. Set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over high heat.
- Add the sliced beef to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until it's browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove the beef from the skillet and set it aside.

- Remove the skillet from heat.
