Ingredients:

  • 2 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 8 oz (225g) fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Arrange the tomato slices on a serving platter.
  2. Place a slice of fresh mozzarella on top of each tomato slice.
