Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225g) penne or fusilli pasta

- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil), drained and chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a little pasta water.
