Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225g) penne pasta or any pasta of your choice
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/3 cup store-bought or homemade basil pesto
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts (optional, for garnish)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
